谨防此类骗术

I have told you before that We are in very big problem in this country since the war started here in Iraq , you can listen to BBC , Radio, television and internet to hear what is happening in our country until now.



Since this war started here in IRAQ no business again, almost all companies, banks, schools are closed in short life is no more comfortable here again.



Even yesterday about 55 people were killed by unknown gun men



My children are no more going to school my company was demolished even the Security Company where my money is now was not save.



My main problem is to Move this money out of this country to your care in China for investment   because it is not save here in the security company.



Since the war started the only way to send money out of this country for investment is through Diplomatic means and   I have finalized the whole necessary arrangement on how to move the money from Iraq to China through diplomatic Courier service company here in Iraq and it is very save because it will insured in Insurance company so it is risk free.



Waiting to hear from you before the diplomat will move .
